If you subscribe, we store your email address and a subscription identifier from Stripe (our payment processor) so we know whether your account is active. We don't store your payment card information — Stripe handles that directly.
If you don't subscribe, we don't collect anything. Your mode selections, holdings, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
We set one cookie (halo_session) after you sign in. It contains a signed JWT identifying your account so we can confirm you're a subscriber. It expires after one year. We don't use cookies for tracking.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal (link in the app footer). To delete your account entirely, email jprimiani@gmail.com and we'll remove your record within 30 days.
